Jeff is co-founder and partner of King Fish Development, LLC. King Fish is a real estate company specializing in the development of single-family residential communities. King Fish offers other services related to land development such as acquisition, site feasibility, construction management and consulting.
Prior to starting King Fish Development, Jeff was the San Antonio Division President for Century Communities, a national top 10 publicly traded homebuilder. Jeff was also the President/COO of Armadillo Homes, which was one of the largest regional private home builders in South Texas. Jeff’s experience in the homebuilding and development industry spans over 29 years.
Jeff has been a member of the Executive Board of Directors for the Greater San Antonio Builders Association for the past 7 years. Aside from serving as President for the Association in 2020, Jeff is the current Chairman for the Leadership Council.
Other affiliations and community involvement include Real Estate Council of San Antonio, YPO (Young Presidents Organization), Texas Exes, Parrish member at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, and a former board member of The Montessori School of San Antonio.
Jeff is a graduate from the University of Texas at Austin with a BA in Economics and a Minor in the McCombs Business Foundation Program.

Originally from Laredo Texas, Jeff has lived in San Antonio for the past 24 years and is married to Brandy and has two children, Juliana and Alec.
Shad is co-founder and partner of King Fish Development, LLC. King Fish is a real estate company specializing in the single-family lot development and consulting services related to residential lot development and home building.
Prior to starting King Fish Development, Shad was Regional VP of Land Acquisition for View Homes in Texas and New Mexico. Shad has held land acquisition and development roles with increasing responsibility over the last 19 years with such companies as M/I Homes, Ryland Homes and Marlin Atlantis White, a single-family lot developer based out of Dallas. In that time Shad has successful acquired more than 20,000 lots.
Shad currently serves as the President of the Greater San Antonio Builders Association and leads the Government Affairs Committee.
Shad earned an MBA with an emphasis in finance from Southern Methodist University and a BSBA in Finance from Northern Arizona University.

Originally from Phoenix Arizona, Shad has lived in Texas for 25 years and in the San Antonio/Boerne area since 2006. Shad is married to Andrea, and they have two daughters, Abigail and Olivia.
Oscar Dominguez joined Kingfish Development as a Land Development Associate in November 2020.
Oscar’s significant background experience of over forty-five years in planning and developing land into single family and mixed-use developments adds a significant resource of knowledge to the firm. Oscar started his carrier in the land development and home building industry in March 1976, when he started working for Ray Ellison Industries and after achieving his tenure became a graduate of Ray Ellison University. His experience in land acquisition, land entitlement, infrastructure design, land planning, forward planning and financial budget projections will aid in achieving the firm’s goals.
Oscar’s collaborative contribution for planning and developing land tracts for single family residential, mixed-use land use communities and providing guidance of civil engineering consultants, land entitlement processes, construction contractor management and due diligence analysis for new land acquisitions.
Prior to joining Kingfish Development, Oscar’s forty-seven years of experience in planning and developing mixed-use communities has contributed to the development of more than hundred thousand single family lots in San Antonio, Laredo, El Paso, Bexar, Kendall, Comal, Guadalupe and Hayes Counties in Texas and Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Oscar is a native Texan, being born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. Prior memberships and appointments include the American Planning Association, San Antonio Real Estate Council and San Antonio Water System Capital Improvement Advisory Committee and is a parish member of St. Luke’s Catholic Church.
